My soul laid bare ..tread lightly, please ;>
This is where I plan to bare my soul for all the world to see - warts and all. I plan on letting it all hang out here, so to speak, not knowing exactly what direction it may take, but I hope you're along for the ride. If you are, you'll be respected and valued here for your poetic sensibilities. We can explore the content of our hearts and intricate workings of our minds, together. But above all else, I declare this place a safe haven from the slings and arrows of life that may be bent on foisting themselves in our general direction, seeking to strip all heart-felt and pithy profundities from our poetic souls. Mercy! Do I hear an Amen?! :>

Hello, Bobbie, and welcome to Poetmeister. I hope you come back to read my response to your visit here. I tried to leave a comment on your lovely blog but something is wrong with your “comment” set-up; it wouldn’t accept my comment on your Sugar Babe poem. I wanted to tell you how much I like it; especially the following lines:
“A woman living the night of her years
A babe just a week into dawn”
This is original; I really like your word choices here. I plan on returning to your blog for a more thorough perusal of your blog. Again, thank you for stopping in and I hope you come back (if only to learn that I visited your blog and tried to comment)..:)

Well done!
I always loved pretending to be Chris from Charley’s Angels…my sisters and I actually fought for the sought after privilege of portraying her in our ‘recitals’ of sorts…of sorts because they involved a ski doo and long wooden sled…long story – I am Canadian – need I say more?
That is my eulogy.
